Anger is an energy.
I was (and am) a big fan of the punk rock music movement of the mid/late 1970s. I was not, however, a big fan of The Sex Pistols. They were a big instigator of the movement, and there are songs and movies about them that I really like, but their music in general didn’t really meet me on the road. But the attention they gathered lifted all boats in the movement.
John Lydon, aka Johnny Rotten, came up with a great song in Rise as part of his Public Image, Ltd., project. Of course, it came a decade after the Pistols. I think Lydon blinks ONCE in this whole video.
