If you were around in the 1960s, I have to believe you know this song. Dizzy is at the top of bubblegum pop created at the time, by Tommy Roe. It was a gigantic hit in March of 1969, and it was seriously overplayed, but that doesn’t diminish the simple musical quality of the song.
When I was ten I liked the song enough to get the 45. Still remains a bit of a favorite.
