Sin City is just the greatest song ever done by AC/DC. It’s not just the lyrics, even though they are dark dark dark. But it’s everything else, and mostly it’s Bon Scott’s vocals.
This is one of the great crank up on headphones guitar songs as well.
Don’t get me wrong, I was a BIG fan of AC/DC during the Bon Scott years. Less so with Brian Johnson although the band’s first album with Johnson was great.
This song goes ballistic with guitars, then at 2:47 into the song goes almost jazz bar quiet. And builds up again.
