Song 414: Skating Away on the Thin Ice of the New Day

This might end up being the longest title for any song that gets selected on this list.

Thanks, Jethro Tull!

Other songs by Jethro Tull get more airplay, may be considered real classics, but this is my favorite. It really engages an accordion player while starting out as an acoustic piece. The lyrics reveal the uplifting nature of risk accepted.

It seems to be a great song for an a capella version. I’m going to have to see if I can find one.
